Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very sorry to hear about the condition of the unit and the multiple maintenance and cleanliness issues you encountered during your stay. This is far below the standards we aim to provide, and we understand how disappointing this experience must have been. Your comments have been shared with our housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams for immediate review and action. We take these concerns seriously and will be addressing them to ensure necessary repairs and deep cleaning are carried out. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it helps us identify where urgent improvements are needed.
