RENTAL AGE RESTRICTIONS
South Padre Resort Rentals requires that the responsible guest of the reservation be a minimum of 25 years or older and be present for the entire stay. This guest is required to provide the following upon check-in: a valid ID as proof of identification; a valid credit card imprint as a security deposit upon check-in; sign a registration card for the condo rented.
Each residence can accommodate a specified number of guests. Upon reservation it is mandatory to give the exact number of guests that will be staying in the unit. Guests should notified South Padre Resort Rentals of any increase in the size of their party. Upon arrival you should fill the registration card with the names and ages of each member in your party. South Padre Resort Rentals reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any guests not respecting this policy. Each unit has a maximum occupancy that is not to be exceeded.
Please be advised that parking inside the property is limited to 1 space per condominium.
PARKING NOTICE TO OUR GUEST
There will be immobilization/booting policy for cars parked illegally inside the Sunchase IV gated parking lot without a parking permit. There will be a 2- hour notice placed on the violating vehicle and if the problem is not corrected within the 2 hours, security will apply a parking immobilization device (parking boot). A notice of immobilization will be placed on the driver's side window. There will be a $50.00 per day immobilization fine/fee.
A second temporary outside parking permit available on a space available basis. This rental season has been very busy (especially this upcoming 4th of July weekend. Our parking is limited, and parking enforcement is needed so that people with valid permits have spaces available. Booting signs will be placed in the parking lot enforcing the NEW policy.
All units are non-smoking. Smoking penalty is $1,000.00. The fine will be charged to the credit card we have on file for your reservation.
Please note that all Property Requests are Requests Only and specific units are not guaranteed. In the event of a necessary, unforeseen move, South Padre Resort Rentals reserves the right to provide alternate accommodations of equal or upgraded value.
PEACE OF MIND PROGRAM
The Reservation Fee charged on your booking includes the Peace of Mind (POM) damage coverage program. POM provides up to $3,000 of coverage against accidental damage to the unit or its contents during your stay. You are encouraged, but not required, to report any accidents so they can be addressed quickly. Damage that exceeds $3,000 in value or is related to carelessness, vandalism, intentional misuse of the property, or illegal activities is not covered by the Peace of Mind program. Such costs will be your responsibility and will be charged against the credit card on file with your reservation.
We recommend you take private travel insurance in case of sickness before your stay. The cancellation policy, change of date's policy, and modification policy apply to all reasons for cancellation. This includes cancellations due to reasons of sickness, accidents or death.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you authorize South Padre Resort Rentals to charge your credit card for any damages or theft that occur during your stay, for long-distance phone charges and housekeeping or house manager services incurred during your stay and for any applicable charges as outlined above.
